About Luminaetum

Luminaetum is operated by Orstrom Studio, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Luminaetum, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luminaetum. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@applicraft.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the accomplishments, kudos, and other content you enter into Luminaetum. By using the service, you grant Orstrom Studio a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

AI-generated content

Luminaetum uses AI to help format and present your accomplishments (e.g. resume bullets, LinkedIn summaries, performance review drafts). You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. Luminaetum is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Luminaetum to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system infrastructure.
• Use the service in any way that could harm Orstrom Studio or other users.

Pricing and beta access

Luminaetum is currently in beta. During the beta period, access may be provided at no charge. Pricing for future paid tiers will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@applicraft.ai.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orstrom Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in Davidson County, Tennessee.
