Overview

Luminaetum is operated by Orstrom Studio, LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect only what we need to provide the service.

What we collect

When you use Luminaetum, we collect:

  • Account information: your name and email address, provided at sign-up.
  • Accomplishments: titles, dates, roles, companies, descriptions, metrics, impact notes, and tags you enter.
  • Kudos and feedback: content you log in those sections of the app.
  • Settings and preferences: reminder schedules, profile information, and notification preferences.
  • Usage analytics: anonymized product usage events (see Analytics below).

We do not collect browsing history, data from pages you visit outside Luminaetum, or any information you do not explicitly enter.

How we use your data

  • To provide the Luminaetum service — storing and surfacing your accomplishments and career content.
  • To generate AI-formatted exports (resume bullets, LinkedIn summaries, performance review drafts) when you request them.
  • To send reminder emails on the schedule you configure.
  • To improve the product through anonymized usage analytics.

AI processing

When you use the Export feature, selected accomplishment data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate formatted content. This data is used solely to fulfill your request. Your data is not used to train AI models. Anthropic may retain data briefly for safety compliance per their API terms.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — database storage and authentication.
  • Anthropic Claude — AI export generation.
  • Resend — transactional and reminder emails.
  • PostHog — anonymized usage analytics. All form input values are masked and never captured. You can opt out via browser settings.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual accomplishments at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@applicraft.ai. Accounts are recoverable for 30 days after deletion before permanent removal.
